Dataset generation and downloads

Public dataset generation runs in your browser. The rows you generate and the CSV or JSON file you download remain on your device unless you choose to share them elsewhere.

MockRows does not ask for names, email addresses, payment details, or uploaded source files to use the public generator.

Product analytics

MockRows uses Vercel Web Analytics to understand page traffic and a small set of product events such as opening a dataset, generating rows, starting an export, and opening the Power BI guide.

Event properties are limited to product context such as dataset ID, scenario, row count, mode, export format, and entry path. Generated row values, seeds, anchor dates, custom filenames, and file contents are not included.

Performance measurement

MockRows uses Vercel Speed Insights and browser Core Web Vitals measurements to diagnose loading speed and interaction quality. These measurements describe page performance, not the contents of generated datasets.

Third-party destinations

Links may take you to tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Excel, GitHub, or other services. Their privacy practices apply after you leave MockRows or upload a generated file to them.
